A grounding breath work using aromatic oil.
Soothing self massage to reconnect to the love for ourselves.
Collective meditation to feel the unity of our spirits.
Reflective writing to get a deeper understanding of our own self worth and feel the pleasure of existing in the present moment.
A mindful drawing session to experience the joy of creative expression and being in a state of flow (Materials will be provided and you will be gently guided through the process. No experience needed. )
The session will end with a delicious tea ritual to warm the hearts and a sharing session to nourish our souls.
